Titan Training Policies
Scheduling Policy
All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared to train. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to respect all clients and maintain a consistent training environment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation made under 24 hours will result in the session being counted as used. This applies to the $50 Trial Day Session, the 5 Session Pack, and all other training options.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Session packs and trial sessions are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Unused sessions expire 60 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling within the 24 hour window will be treated as a late cancellation.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for communicating any discomfort, limitations, or concerns during training. Titan Training is not liable for injuries that occur due to undisclosed conditions, improper form after instruction, or failure to follow guidance. Clients agree to train within their personal limits and follow all safety instructions.

Titan Training is committed to providing a safe, structured, and professional training experience. Every session is designed to support client progress while maintaining proper safety standards and a positive training environment.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary based on consistency, effort, and adherence to the program. Titan Training does not guarantee specific outcomes. Progress depends on the client’s commitment inside and outside of training sessions.
Conduct Policy
Titan Training maintains a respectful and professional environment. Any behavior that disrupts the training space or violates professional standards may result in termination of services without refund.
